Let's face it, if there's one part a man's physique that he's going to really hate, more so even, than a large beer belly, it's a set of flabby man boobs, or 'moobs' as they're sometimes referred to as. A man's chest should be firm, large, and developed - made up of thick layers of muscle. It should not be flabby, saggy, and deflated, made up of fat and loose skin.


Sadly, as men do indeed grow older, they find it harder and harder to lose man boobs naturally, and often have to opt for expensive and painful surgery instead. If you are looking to build muscle, you do still need to lose the fat, but you can build muscle simultaneously.
